Ted's notebook is always a highlight, especially after a race at the horrible Abu Dreadful track. All those cute MB ladies in dresses - not jeans! :-] Lewis is a vegetarian, its not healthy. That' why a 74 year old man, Trump, "shrugged it off" while Hamilton was "knocked sideways'. Have a sirloin steak Lewis, you'll be bouncing around in no time

Toto did say that Mercedes had to turn the engine down so maybe that had something to do with it but first and second not bad with the engine turned down I'd say tip-top

many thanks Ted and to the production crew, in C19 of 2020 to do your job. It all started in March 2020. To the FIA, and Michael Masi, an outstanding job well done, with advice well taken from Tim Schenken, as being his understudy for some years, then when Charlie passed, you stepped up and filled that role, and for years to come. 1 year on and as RD doing a great job. EDIT, when Charlie went, there was confusion . Some said that Tim should have filled the role. Its now in hindsight that the choice was correct, my view is that TS should have become RD for F1. TS will never say that, but I will. Tim Schenken will be as OAM, be one of our best F1.

Aaah, Abu Dhabi ... The singularly most boring race on the calendar.. hopefully this season has taught liberty media and the FIA as a whole that just going back to tracks for the sake of it is dull, boring and mostly pointless, sakhir gp was a fresh breath in the sport, more open mindedness towards tracks is needed moving forward. They don't need the cash that comes with Abu Dhabi.. other venues would be much better for "racing" purposes. Let 2020 be a line in the sand for the sport, that way something positive can be taken from this god-awful year!

I love Ted, and really love The Notebook (we need one every quali and race next year). I also loved Ted's pre-season/covid 'walk in the park' updates. Basically I'm a huge Ted fan. So it is with great sadness that I saw Ted improperly wearing his face mask during the last half, of this last Notebook. Bad Ted!! You did a great job diligently following the rules, even though it obviously was killing you that you couldn't interview people in the paddock or go into the pit. So to see you mess up at the very end, when the global covid case count is rising and the world really needs people we admire to set a good example, it was very disappointing.

I thought I heard the commentators talking about Merc. having their performance dialed back a bit. If that's the case then everyone involved in that decision should be "dialed back" a bit, maybe to the curb outside Mercedes HQ.

I have a problem with Ted being given a private briefing on the DAS system - and keeping it secret. Journalists are meant to report. Such a cosy relationship with those you report on is corrosive to both trust and journalism.

This track should be modified in order to create overtaking opportunities this is F1 racing !!!!

Most elaborate weekend of sandbags, culminating in _Mercs_ tiptoeing around _Yas Marina_ with tuned-down engines on Sunday. Here's hoping that those engine gremlins somehow afflict the works team more in 2021 to prevent yet another year of processional titles for _Merc._ That said, congrats to VER, especially on *THAT* qualy lap!
